Minimal Prostate Cancer : HMWCK + p63

Comments:
Immunostaining with basal cell-specific markers (HMWCK, p63) shows absence of basal cells in the atypical glands confirming the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. The surrounding benign glands show intense staining in a basal cell distribution.
