Well-differentiated Neuroendocrine Tumor (Carcinoid)

Comments:
This gastric carcinoid has a unique architecture, with the neuroendocrine cells forming glandular spaces, some of which contain fresh hemorrhage. The stroma is sparse and edematous. Still, the cytology is consistent with carcinoid.
