Comments:
Heterotopic pancreatic tissue within stomach may be asymptomatic and discovered incidentally or it may present as a gastric mass. Majority of these lesions are found in the submucosa of pylorus or antrum. The case shown here was clinically suspected to be a gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
