High-grade PIN : Partial Involvement

Comments:
The image shows partial involvement of a large gland by high-grade PIN (right half), micropapillary type. Some urologic pathologists do not make the diagnosis of high-grade PIN in such circumstances. Note small round to oval glands of prostate cancer just beneath the high-grade PIN gland.
