Squamous Cell Carcinoma : Tongue

Case History: The patient was a 38 y/o male with 5+ year history of chewing tobacco. He presented with a 3.0 cm ulcerating nodular mass on the left lateral aspect of his tongue. It was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma.
