Comments:
Urothelial carcinoma-in-situ. Note the nuclear pleomorphism and complete loss of polarity. Lamina propria is hypervascularized and shows plasma cells and lymphocytes. The nuclei of CIS are on an average 4 to 6 times larger than lymphocyte nuclei.
