Comments:
Urothelial carcinoma-in-situ involving Brunn's nest. The nest is expanded by large neoplastic cells with voluminous cytoplasm and irregular nuclei with prominent nucleoli. Residual benign urothelial cells are present within the nest and at the periphery.
