Urothelial Carcinoma-In-Situ

This bladder biopsy was performed for multiple red patches seen on cystoscopy. The patient had presented with microscopic hematuria and irritative voiding symptoms. Besides follicular cystitis, urothelial carcinoma-in-situ was also found. See higher magnification in the next image.
