Gangrenous Cholecystitis: Higher magnification of the previous image showing pseudosarcomatous myofibroblastic response (left half) in a case of gangrenous cholecystitis. Taken out of context, the atypical hyperchromatic nuclei of myofibroblastic cells may be mistaken for a high-grade sarcoma.
