Cronkhite-Canada syndrome is an uncommon, sporadic (non-hereditary) disease characterized by hamartomatous polyps in the gastrointestinal tract along with skin manifestations such as alopecia, onychodystrophy, and hyperpigmentation. This upper GI endoscopic image shows diffuse polyposis in the stomach.
