Comments:
Metastatic Melanoma: The tumor cells had epithelioid and spindle growth patterns. Immunostains confirmed the diagnosis of metastatic melanoma. This is an exceedingly rare presentation. Tumors more commonly metastasizing to spleen include those from lung, stomach, pancreas, liver, and colon. Metastatic tumors to the Spleen.
