Spleen : Metastatic Ovarian Cancer

Metastatic serous adenoca: This elderly woman presented with a large splenic and pelvic mass. The resection specimen showed a large necrotic tumor attached to spleen. The photomicrograph shows papillary serous adenocarcinoma on the capsular surface.
