Syphilitic Lymphadenitis: There is extensive capsular and pericapsular fibrosis and inflammation. The appearance may mimic inflammatory pseudotumor, therefore it is advisable to do silver or immunohistochemical stains to rule out syphilis before entertaining that diagnosis in a lymph node.
