The image shows typical histologic features of epidermodysplasia verruciformis. There is acanthosis, hyperkeratosis, and hypergranulosis. Keratinocytes in the upper layers of epidermis show enlarged nuclei, keratohyaline granules, and voluminous cytoplasm with bluish-gray pallor.
