Simultaneous follicular lymphoma and classic Hodgkin lymphoma in the same lymph node.

This image shows widely-spaced monomorphous follicles surrounded by a relatively normal appearing interfollicular zone. This is a reflection of the tendency of neoplastic cells to colonize preexisting reactive follicles. The next image shows foci of classic Hodgkin lymphoma from the same lymph node.
