Comments:
Nodular Sclerosis Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) : The background in nodular sclerosis cHL consists of a mixed inflammatory infiltrate of eosinophils, neutrophils, lymphocytes, plasma cells, and histiocytes. Numerous fibroblasts may be present. Eosinophilic or neutrophilic microabscesses are common. At low magnification, they can mimic necrotizing granulomas. The cellular composition is variable from nodule to nodule. Note the binucleated Reed-Sternberg cell in the center of this image.
