Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor composed of uniform cells arranged in solid sheets. The mitotic count was > 20 mitoses/10 HPF. Three mitoses can be seen in this image alone near the center. The Ki-67 labeling index was 50%. It was called PanNET, Grade 3.
