Higher magnification of the previous image showing completely obliterated lung architecture that is replaced by the ropy hyaline collagen with interspersed plasma cells and lymphocytes. There is a hint of concentric layering of the collagen around the blood vessel on the top-left of the image, typical of hyalinizing granuloma.
