Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor : DESMIN

Comments:
Immunohistochemically, intra-abdominal desmoplastic small round cell tumor shows concomitant expression of epithelial, mesenchymal, and neural markers. With desmin, it has perinuclear, dot-like positivity as seen in this image. Actin, myogenin, and MyoD1 are usually negative.
