Histiocytoid carcinoma of the breast is a variant of infiltrating lobular carcinoma showing apocrine differentiation. The tumor cells infiltrate singly or in small clusters and have abundant granular, foamy cytoplasm and enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei.    return to Infiltrating Lobular Carcinoma
