Comments:
Histiocytoid carcinoma of the breast is a variant of infiltrating lobular carcinoma showing apocrine differentiation. The tumor cells infiltrate singly or in small clusters and have abundant granular, foamy cytoplasm and enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei.
