The tumor cells in this example of glycogen-rich breast carcinoma are arranged in linear strands reminiscent of invasive lobular carcinoma. The differential diagnosis includes lipid-rich breast carcinoma and metastatic renal cell carcinoma (clear cell type).   return to Miscellaneous Carcinomas
