Comments:
In this field, the lesion shows undifferentiated spindle cell pattern and is not recognizable as squamous cell carcinoma. True sarcomas of bladder are rare; tumors of bladder with undifferentiated spindle cell pattern are more likely to be of epithelial origin than of mesenchymal origin.
