Comments:
The tumor cells have abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm (with a hint of squamous differentiation), large pleomorphic nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and frequent mitoses. Indistinct cell borders create a syncytial appearance. Lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate is readily apparent at the periphery of the tumor cell clusters.
