Comments:
The image shows apocrine carcinoma (right half) in association with Paget's disease (left half). The tumor location was ano-genital region. The Paget's cells have abundant pink cytoplasm and large nuclei with prominent nucleoli and penetrate as single cells towards the superficial aspect of the squamous epithelium. The dermally based poorly differentiated apocrine carcinoma is forming irregular nests with hyperchromatic pleomorphic cells.
