Comments:
The papillary fronds are lined by two rows of cuboidal to columnar epithelial cells. As illustrated above, the cells have abundant eosinophillic cytoplasm and often show decapitation secretion. Characteristically, there is a dense infiltrate of plasma cells with the papillary stroma.
