Comments:
Seen in about 20% of yolk sac tumors, it consists of sheets of polygonal cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. Hyaline globules (seen in abundance in this image) are a common feature. Bile canaculi also may be seen in hepatoid foci.
