Fibrolamellar Carcinoma of Liver

slide 54 of 65

Comments:
Fibrolamellar carcinoma of liver often arises in the left lobe. Grossly, it is usually well-circumscribed, nodular, yellow-brown mass often with a central scar (as seen here) reminiscent of focal nodular hyperplasia.
