Comments:
This orchiectomy specimen is from a 79 y/o male who gave history of a long-standing right testicular swelling which had shown accelerated rate of growth in the last 6-7 months. There is a large, multilobulated, yellow-white tumor centered in the spermatic cord. Histologically, it was composed of well-differentiated (sclerosing) liposarcoma with foci of de-differentiation which had an appearance of low-grade fibrosarcoma.
