Adenomatoid Tumor of Fallopian Tube

It is the most common benign tumor of the fallopian tube. Most cases are discovered incidentally in a middle-aged or elderly woman. The image shows proliferation of tubulo-glandular and duct-like spaces around the lumen of fallopian tube.
