Comments:
Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) makes up 60% of all RMS. Most cases involve children below 10 years of age (mean age 7 years). It is less common in adolescents and young adults and is rare in adults. The most frequent site of involvement is head and neck region (orbit, parameninges) followed by the genitourinary tract.
