As shown above, spiradenomas may contain occasional duct-like structures. In addition, numerous lymphocytes are scattered throughout the tumor cells. In this image, there is a clear distinction between the dual population of tumor cells. Typically, the darker cells are located towards the periphery whereas the paler cells are found more centrally.
