Comments:
This is an example of mantle cell lymphoma, blastoid type, involving a salivary gland. The blastoid cells are seen infilterating in between acinar clusters. The tumor cells are medium-sized and have round nuclei, finely dispersed chromatin and inconspicuous nucleoli.
