Eccrine Spiradenoma

Comments:
In the above photomicrograph, the lesion is lined by a thin, fibrous capsule. Additionally, PAS-positive hyaline droplets are present within the trabeculae. The presence of hyaline droplets is a feature seen in both spiradenoma and cylindroma.
