Another example of Medullary carcinoma of the breast. Anaplastic tumor cells with syncytial appearance are surrounded by lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. Other histologic features (not shown here) include tumor giant cells, spindle cell change, necrosis, and absence of calcification.   return to Medullary Carcinoma
