Comments:
The tumor is composed of two types of tumor cells. The basaloid cells contain a small, hyperchromatic nucleus with scant cytoplasm. The other cells are larger and contain a pale nucleus. Some tumors, such as the one above, show ectatic, intralesional vessels.
