Epithelioid Angiomyolipoma

Comments:
Epithelioid angiomyolipoma with a close resemblance to renal cell carcinoma. Some of the tumor cells show cytoplasmic clearing where as others have abundant eosinophilic granular cytoplasm. Nuclear pseudoinclusions are present in some cells.
