Comments:
The cysts are lined by flattened epithelium. The surrounding stroma contains lympho-plasmacytic inflammatory infiltrate. Some cases may show cuboidal, ciliated, columnar, or squamous epithelium. Fibrosis is also usually present. Other findings that may be encountered include cholesterol granulomas and pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia.
