Comments:
A typical case of desmoplastic small round cell tumor has relatively uniform, small hyperchromatic nuclei, inconspicuous nucleoli, and scant cytoplasm. Rare cases show spindle morphology, marked nuclear atypia, signet ring morphology, or rhabdoid features. The last three features are seen in many of the tumor cells in this image.
