Comments:
Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma in the right half and conventional well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma in the left half of the image. The tumor may merge with areas of keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma (remember: tumors with obvious squamous differentiation but a majority basaloid component (>50%) are also classified as basaloid squamous cell carcinoma).
