Comments:
Clear cell sarcoma-like tumor of the gastrointestinal tract (also referred to as Malignant Gastrointestinal Neuroectodermal Tumor) is a rare highly aggressive tumor that resembles clear cell sarcoma of soft parts. It typically involves the ileum in young and middle-aged adults, although any part of the gastrointestinal tract may be affected. The tumor is centered within the bowel wall and may involve the serosal and the mucosal layers.

This patient presented to the emergency room with acute abdominal pain and was found to have a 5 cm obstructing tumor in his ileum.
