Comments:
Seminomas comprise about 30-40% of all testicular tumors. The peak incidence is seen around the age of 40 years. Grossly, the tumor is solid and multinodular with a homogenous appearance. The cut surface is usually yellow-tan or cream-colored and often bulges from the surrounding testicular parenchyma.
