Prostate AdenoCA - Radiation Changes

Topic: Adenocarcinoma of Prostate

Category: Prostate

slide 22 of 24

Comments:
This biopsy was performed due to rising PSA several years after radioactive seed implantation (brachytherapy) for prostate cancer. The cytologic and architectural atypia seen here is within the spectrum of radiation-induced changes. There was no evidence of recurrent cancer.   return to Adenocarcinoma of Prostate
