Comments:
This sharply circumscribed 3.5 cm pheochromocytoma presented in a 13 year old boy with von Hippel-Lindau disease. Susceptibility to pheochromocytoma is also seen in multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN II), neurofibromatosis type 1, and pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma syndrome. Maher ER, Eng C.
