Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Comments:
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in a 65 y/o male. With immunohistochemistry, the tumor cells were found to be positive for CD20, CD22, and kappa light chains. They were negative for CD2, CD3, and CD5. Most renal lymphomas represent secondary involvement in the setting of disseminated disease.
