Comments:
This is a bladder biopsy from a teenage boy with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 showing a diffuse neurofibroma. Attenuated urothelium is seen in the upper right. The lamina propria shows a proliferation of pseudo-meissnerian corpuscles.
