Comments:
Syringocystadenoma papilliferum arising in association with a nevus sebaceus. The tumor consists of a number of villous and papillary processes lined by a double layer of epithelium. There is an outer layer of tall columnar cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm and an inner layer of small cuboidal myoepithelial cells with hyperchromatic nuclei (best seen in image 20). The stroma contains numerous plasma cells.
