Comments:
Infantile fibrosarcoma behaves in a more indolent fashion than its adult counterpart. One-third of cases are present at birth and most manifest by age 1 yr. The most common sites involved are distal upper and lower extremities (foot, ankle, hand, wrist, forearm). The image shows fleshy, pink-tan tumor with foci of hemorrhage and necrosis.
