Comments:
Intratubular component is often present in embryonal carcinoma. It frequently shows eosinophilic coagulative necrosis with resemblance to comedocarcinoma. Such areas often undergo dystrophic calcification. The presence of intratubular coarse calcification in scarred areas is often a presumptive evidence of a regressed germ cell tumor.
