Hyalinized stroma separates tubulo-glandular structures. Another entity named – Adenomatous hyperplasia of rete testis – has also been described Hartwick RW et al. Am J Surg Pathol 1991 Apr; 15(4):350-7. The relationship between papillary adenoma and adenomatous hyperplasia of rete testis is unclear.
