Comments:
Fundic gland polyps are rarely larger than 2 cm. Sporadic and syndromic examples both display cystically dilated fundic glands with atrophic epithelium and little inflammation in the lamina propria. Fundic gland polyps typically do not necessitate increased surveillance unless syndromic.
